1. Promote crime free neighborhoods through a volunteer community watch program. 2. Provide a venue to voice community concerns. 3. Promote activities to act as a deterrent to the many negative influences existing for our youth. 4. Provide assistance for students of all ages who are academically challenged. 5. Provide assistance for adults wishing to acquire a GED or to enter college for the first time. 6. Provide an arena to discuss government issues that directly/indirectly affect the community (national, state, local) 7.
